Scheduling

Appointments are required for all services. Please note that we suggest scheduling your appointments well in advance prior to major holidays or a special occasion. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment notes your acceptance of this policy.

A major credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept.

We do offer one complimentary 15-minute consultation as a courtesy to all new clients.

If you have any of the following conditions, please call the office to schedule your appointment to ensure the service is appropriate prior to booking: pregnancy, chemotherapy, blood thinner or bleeding disorders, Accutane, severe acne

Please note:

-Sunburn: must wait to receive laser services. Cancelation fee will apply.

-BOTOX® & dermal fillers: You must wait 2 weeks to receive a facial treatment after injectables.

-Retinoid / Vitamin A / Retin – A: need to stop products around the intended treatment area for 2 weeks prior to service. Please discuss with your clinician when it is safe to resume.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message reminder 48 & 24 hours prior to the scheduled service as well as an email reminder 24 hours prior. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number and email, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Please be sure we have your correct email and cell phone number on file. It is your responsibility to ensure you are properly set up in our appointment scheduling software. If the appointment reminder system fails for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, to complete any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment. Your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you if possible; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card on file will be charged the nonrefundable / nontransferable cancellation fee.

Appointments scheduled for Tuesdays must be cancelled / rescheduled by 3pm on the Friday prior to avoid cancelation fees. Our office is closed on Mondays.

If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered, and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and must be presented to redeem. Our gift certificates may be redeemed in the office only. They are not valid for online product purchases.

Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Referral Program

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment we can receive! Refer a friend to Bella Derma Aesthetics, LLC and you will receive a $20 credit in your file for your next service or product purchase. Referrals are for current clients referring to new clients only. A new client must mention your name and have a paid service to earn credits. Earn unlimited credits. Referral credits are non-transferable and may be redeemable in office at Bella Derma Aesthetics, LLC for a product or service only within one year of receipt.

Birthday Gift

I was referred to Bella Derma by a friend 4 years ago and since then have been seeing Denise for my Botox routinely. I couldn’t say better things about her. I was very weary of the Botox/injections for years before I met Denise. Denise has always made me feel extremely comfortable and has never pushed anything on me that I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I still get the same 20 units in my forehead and the results are always consistent. Also, the Botox last a min of 5-6 months for me which isn’t the same for everyone, but I think she has the magic touch!

Anytime I have questions she gives me great recommendations, and the ones I’ve moved forward with I have always been satisfied with. I really trust her and her years of knowledge in the medical field. Also, she will always tell me the promotions that are coming around the corner that apply to me.
