Cancellation Policy & Fees

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card on file will be charged the non-refundable / nontransferable cancellation fee.

Appointments scheduled for Tuesdays must be cancelled / rescheduled by 3pm on the Friday prior to avoid cancelation fees. Our office is closed on Sundays and Mondays and select Saturdays.

If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing the required notification you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Cancelation fee schedule:

RN Injectable Appointment $100

All other services $50

Scheduling

Appointments are required for all services. Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment notes your acceptance of this policy.

A major credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept.

If you have any of the following conditions, please call the office prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure the service is appropriate prior to booking. Such as: pregnancy, chemotherapy, blood thinner or bleeding disorders, Accutane, retinol and severe acne

٠If you have sun exposure or are on antibiotics: You must wait to receive laser services. Cancelation fee will apply without 24-hour notice.

٠BOTOX® & dermal fillers: You must wait 2 weeks to receive a facial treatment after injectables.

٠You must wait 2 weeks after a COVID vaccine to receive filler.

٠Retinoid / Vitamin A / Retin – A: need to stop products around the intended treatment area for 2-3 days prior to service. Please discuss with your clinician when it is safe to resume.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy to our clients, if you provide your cell and email addresses, we will send you a text and email reminder 48 & 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, and an email reminder 24 hours prior. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number and email, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Please be sure we have your correct email and cell phone number on file. It is your responsibility to ensure you are properly set up in our appointment scheduling software. If the appointment reminder system fails for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, to complete any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you if possible; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

Product Return Policy

Please consult with your clinician prior to purchasing a new product to ensure that it is best for your needs. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept opened and /or used returns.

Service Package Policy

All treatments and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Packages expire one year from the purchase date. Unused services in your package will not be refunded.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and must be presented at time of service to redeem. Gift certificates may be redeemed in the office only. Seasonal Bella Bucks have a firm expiration date as indicated.

Referral Policy

As an incentive, we will also grant a $20 one-time referral credit to both the new and established Bella Derma Aesthetics, LLC Client.

Earn unlimited credits. Referral credits are non-transferable and may be redeemable in the office at Bella Derma Aesthetics, LLC for a product or service within 6 months of receipt.

Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

I was referred to Bella Derma by a friend 4 years ago and since then have been seeing Denise for my Botox routinely. I couldn’t say better things about her. I was very weary of the Botox/injections for years before I met Denise. Denise has always made me feel extremely comfortable and has never pushed anything on me that I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I still get the same 20 units in my forehead and the results are always consistent. Also, the Botox last a min of 5-6 months for me which isn’t the same for everyone, but I think she has the magic touch!

Anytime I have questions she gives me great recommendations, and the ones I’ve moved forward with I have always been satisfied with. I really trust her and her years of knowledge in the medical field. Also, she will always tell me the promotions that are coming around the corner that apply to me.
